Thank you for the help here, Jenny. I've walked through the steps, short of replacing the windows apps with versions from 2016. This is a 20H2 install, and I worry about trying to get 5-year-old apps working on a modern system. I did a bit more digging, and I've found a few apps actually do work, like Mail, Calendar, and Calculator. I took some of the apps that work and some that do not, and tried running them both from Powershell. Powershell executes without all of them without error, but the non-working apps don't launch. ![68922-image.png][1] Another thought: Would deleting/renaming the contents of the non-working application directories get the app troubleshooter in Windows 10 to replace them?
